There is no god but Allah alone. There is no partner with Him. Sovereignty belongs to Him and He is Potent over everything. There is no might or power except with Allah.
There is no god but Allah and we do not worship but Him alone. To Him belong all bounties, to Him belongs all Grace, and to Him is worthy praise accorded.
There is no god but Allah, to Whom we are sincere in devotion, even though the disbelievers should disapprove it.
(Sahih Musilm Book 5, Hadith 180)

Whoever does the above: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: his sins will be forgiven, even if they were as much as the sea foam. (Sins here refer to minor sins only, major sins need repentance)
(Sahih Muslim Book 5, Hadith 188)
Recite Surat Al Ikhlas, Surat Al Falaq, Surat An Nass

(Sunan an-Nasa'i 1336)
Recite Ayat Al Kursi – Surat Al Baqarah 255
Note: Ayat Al Kursi is recited once after each prayer
It was narrated that Abu Umaamah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allaah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever recites Aayat al-Kursiy immediately after each prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death.”
Allah – there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursī extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great
(Sahih Aj Jami’e 6464, Authenticated by Al Albani as Sahih)

All praise is for Allah
Allah is the greatest
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If a Muslim man persists in two actions, he will enter the Garden. They are easy, but those who do them are few.' He was asked, 'What are they, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?' He said, 'That you say "Allahu akbar" ten times, "al-hamdu lillah" ten times, and "Subhana'llah" ten times after every prayer. That is 150 (after all the prayers of the day) on the tongue and 1500 in the balance.' I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) counting them with his hand. Then he said, 'When you go to bed, you should say, "Subhana'llah", "al-hamdu lillah", and "Allahu akbar". That is 100 on the tongue and 1000 in the balance. Who among you can do 2500 bad actions morning and night?' He was asked, 'Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), how is it that they are not counted?' He said, 'Shaytan comes to one of you while he is praying and reminds him of something he has to do such-and-such and such-and-such, so he does not remember to do it.'"
(Al Adab Al Mufrad Book 1, Hadith 1216)
